Instructions

Cake:

  • 1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.
  • 2. Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  • 3. In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana chunks, yogurt, and milk.
  • 4. Optionally, add the honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
  • 5. If desired, add a handful of ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and thicker.
